Itiviti develops and sells financial trading software and services, with a focus on automated options trading, speed, and extensibility. I work on the Americas trading applications development team, writing trading logic to run on our Tbricks platform. C++ is my most-used language, but occasionally we'll write software in Java and Python, while making use of bash scripting and other technologies. Previously, I had worked as a professional services engineer and support manager.
Creating trading software and plugins using C++, Java, Python, and Bash scripting.
Projects involve automated trading and hedging, post-trade analysis, market data aggregation, options pricing, FX handling, data processing, and utlities.
Software runs on Linux servers (RHEL/Oracle Linux)
Previous roles included managing the customer support team, training clients, and writing custom software for individual customers.
Working directly with sales to developer proposals and sell to new clients.
